Lauren is a licensed physical therapist assistant here at Warwick Ave Physical Therapy. She received her degree from New England Institute of Technology back in 2013. Lauren provides a wide range of manual techniques at the clinic with certification in the Graston technique, myofascial release, cupping, muscle energy technique, and spinal and pelvic mobilizations. Along with various therapeutic exercises to help patients attain their goals physically, as well as helping them get back to what they enjoy most.
Outside of the clinic, as a Reiki practitioner and an avid proponent of holistic health and wellness. Lauren enjoys going to sound healings and yoga classes. When she is not cheering for her kids playing soccer or tennis, she is going on nature walks with her husband and 2 kids.
